1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of:

All purchases are concluded with SAINT GEAR.
This offer is directed exclusively at consumers within the European Union as defined by § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).
2. Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt is sent immediately via email.
A binding purchase contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email from us or when we dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable VAT, plus shipping costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled by DHL or Hermes.
Delivery time within Germany and the EU is typically 2–6 working days after receipt of payment.
We only deliver within the European Union.
5. Age Verification for Certain Products
Some items, particularly knives, are subject to age restrictions under law. These items may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or older.
We reserve the right to request age verification via ID copy after purchase. Items will only be shipped after successful verification.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
No additional guarantees are provided beyond the statutory requirements.
9. Liability
We shall only be liable for damages caused by us:
- in cases of intent or gross negligence
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health
- in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), but limited to foreseeable, typical damages
10. Applicable Law
German law shall apply to all contracts, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany, if legally permitted.
11. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
