1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of:

All purchases are concluded with SAINT GEAR.
This offer is directed exclusively at consumers within the European Union as defined by § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).


2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt is sent immediately via email.

A binding purchase contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email from us or when we dispatch the goods.


3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable VAT, plus shipping costs.
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by DHL or Hermes.
Delivery time within Germany and the EU is typically 2–6 working days after receipt of payment.
We only deliver within the European Union.


5. Age Verification for Certain Products

Some items, particularly knives, are subject to age restrictions under law. These items may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or older.
We reserve the right to request age verification via ID copy after purchase. Items will only be shipped after successful verification.


6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.


7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
In addition to the statutory warranty rights, SAINT GEAR provides a voluntary 2-year warranty for the TORCH 415.

The warranty guarantees the functional performance of the TORCH 415 for a period of two years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used normally and as intended. If the TORCH 415 develops a functional failure during the warranty period under normal use, SAINT GEAR will, at its discretion, repair the product or provide a replacement free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from misuse, improper use, unauthorized modifications or repairs, intentional damage, or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product. Normal cosmetic wear and damage caused by external factors beyond the product’s intended use are also excluded.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact SAINT GEAR and provide proof of purchase together with a description of the issue and, where reasonably required, photographs or other information necessary to assess the claim.

This voluntary warranty does not limit or replace the customer’s statutory rights, including statutory warranty rights. These rights apply independently of and in addition to this warranty.


9. Liability

We shall only be liable for damages caused by us:

  • in cases of intent or gross negligence
  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health
  • in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), but limited to foreseeable, typical damages

10. Applicable Law

German law shall apply to all contracts, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany, if legally permitted.


11. Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
