We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). No international shipping outside the EU is available at this time.

2. Carriers & Processing Time

• Carriers: DHL or Hermes (depending on destination and package size).
• Processing time: 0–1 business days.
• Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) are typically dispatched the same day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within the EU: 2–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary by destination and local postal conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

• €4.90 flat rate per order.
• Free shipping on orders above €69.00 (after discounts, VAT included).

5. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking is available via the carrier’s website (DHL or Hermes).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us immediately at mail@saintgear.shop. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

7. Returns & Shipping Costs

If you return a product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure proper packaging and return within the allowed period.
