We stand behind every item we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not return any items without prior contact.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Original shipping costs (the initial €4.90 fee) will be refunded if you return the entire order.
If you received free shipping (orders above €69), the original shipping value is not deducted from your refund.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in resaleable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that show signs of wear, damage, or improper use.
Products that are customized, engraved, or personalized are excluded from the right of return.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at

We will resolve the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund.
